Baleia Hospital is benefited by the Red Cross.

A thousand individual protection kits and alcohol gel units were donated by the agency humanitarian.

Last Tuesday (16/6), the Red Cross of Brazil was at Baleia and donated a thousand individual protection kits and 240 units of alcohol gel. Each kit contains surgical mask, gloves, apron, safety glasses and face shield (a protection made in acetate that covers the entire face) and will be destined to the assistance team that attends COVID-19 in Baleia. The alcohol units will be destined for patients admitted to the institution.

The treasurer director, Ricardo Márcio, made the delivery with volunteers to our Institution and spoke a little about this work on one of the main humanitarian fronts in the world.

The Red Cross has been working these past few days serving hospitals across the state. We can help and have this partnership with Hospital da Baleia is very important for our initiative.
